Fellow Lost Survivor,
I have finally located one! While scavenging for supplies, I managed to stumble across one of Telos' broadcasting apparatus.
From the looks of it, this device seems to be picking up signals from the mysterious Telos Institute.
There are some curious and unknown factors regarding how they are involved with the infection that ravaged the world.
However, I’m hoping that these transcripts and logs from the Telos network will shine some light on what exactly happened during those first few days.
Without further ado, here is the first transmission!
‣ The global military response towards the Shezmu virus has been rather unexpected.
‣ The UK Special Forces have been ordered to shoot civilians on sight. They are focused on eliminating any potential threats. This could be problematic for the evacuation camps.
‣ Military ranks seem to have fallen into complete disarray. They tend to form small convoys, whose only objective is to protect themselves and hoard the supplies intended for civilian relief.
‣ The US Army have managed to firebomb several infected zones across their major cities. Compared to them, the UK military has been entirely unable to keep the infection at bay.
‣ London is under complete lockdown — and if the current trajectory is upheld, the rest of the country will have fallen in less than 36 hours.
‣ Their inability to coordinate around the viral exposure should be studied. High levels of incompetence tend to create excellent field data.
Interesting find, huh? I'll be sharing more of these intercepted Telos Transmissions with you in the future.
But for now, understanding the apocalypse is one thing — surviving it is another.
